We then provide you with the assessment tools to identify your high-potential leaders and resources to enable their development.

Leadership Impact – S3 builds customized leadership development plans for your individual executives. Whether a self-guided program or coaching engagement is the best fit for your high-potentials, we enable them to progress through the phases of Self-Awareness, Acceptance, Action-Planning, and Impact.

S3 also guides your leaders through our “Polaris” program which helps them better understand their relationship with their respective career paths.

We are certified in and leverage a variety of assessment tools from Lominger, Hogan, DiSC, MBTI and many other sources based on your leaders’ unique needs.

Bulk Assessments

In addition to our Leadership Transitions and Leadership Impact programs, S3 offers a variety of validated assessment tools to support your selection, onboarding, development and coaching needs. Our consultants can discuss how incorporating these assessments, including DiSC, the Hogan suite, Predictive Index (PI) and Myers-Briggs, would supplement your programs.
